Two new 2nd Dans

Congratulations to Sarah & Chloe who passed their 2nd Dan promotions at the National Black Belt grading in Glagow at the weekend. 

They were put through their paces by a panel of Grand Masters, with tests in breaking, self defence, patterns, sparring, two onto one sparring, and other special techniques.
