Carl Davis Workshop

On Sunday 22nd April, some of our members were treated to a free, 3 hour workshop in Wirral, given by Mr Carl Davis, ITF World & European Champion. He went through sparring drills, giving students lots of tips, and also covered patterns. Students enjoyed the session immensely and came away feeling inspired.
