Following on from the success in the summer of the FREE 10 week Taekwon-Do course provided by Sport England via Wirral UKTA Taekwon-Do School, another similar project is set to take place. This time it will be an ‘intensive’ 6 weeks FREE training taking place mainly in the Moreton area.
Participants will receive free instruction and also a FREE licence & insurance valid for 12 months. There is nothing at all to pay and no obligation whatsoever. There will also be an opportunity for the person who has shown the most commitment, to win a scholarship to continue with free lessons for a further 3 months.
Wirral UKTA is Merseyside’s only Sport England Clubmark accredited Taekwon-Do School and has highly qualified and experienced, male and female instructors.
Those eligible to take part are people from the Wirral area, aged between 10 and 19 years who do not currently do Taekwon-Do elsewhere, (although they may have done it before in the past). Participants aged 18 & 19 may opt to join adult classes at different times & venues instead, but there will still be no charge.
The course starts on the 21st November although you can opt to start earlier than this if you wish.
You may opt to take some of the lessons at venues other than Moreton.
